Ghana's leading STEM think tank for girls and underserved communities — in Tamale and beyond.
Eduvision Ghana bridges the STEM gender gap by providing equitable access to STEM education, mentorship, digital skills, and technology for girls and underserved communities. We do this through a combination of direct programme delivery, research and publications, policy advocacy, and the Eduvision STEM & Leadership Centre in Tamale. We are a growing, woman-led STEM organisation, and we are serious about what we do.
Learn Our Story →A world where every girl in Northern Ghana and beyond has a real chance to discover, learn, and lead in STEM and digital innovation.
To nurture dreams and improve lives by equipping underserved girls with the technical skills, confidence, and community support needed to thrive.
Identify gaps, generate evidence, and understand context to determine precise needs.
Design and deliver evidence-based programs tailored to our research findings.
Apply learning in real settings and collect outcomes to ensure tangible impact.
Translate evidence into policy and systemic change for long-term sustainability.
The RIPA Model is our integrated process framework for STEM gender equity in Africa. We do not just run programmes; we build evidence. Research forms the foundation of equitable education, sequentially informing our Implementation, grounding our Practice at the STEM Centre, and driving our Advocacy—which in turn generates new research questions, creating a self-reinforcing cycle of evidence-based change.
