Our Story

In Tamale, Northern Ghana, a quiet but powerful shift is underway. Girls who once had little access to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics are now building, experimenting, and leading.

Evidence-Based Impact

Eduvision was born from research — a rigorous, evidence-based understanding of why girls in Northern Ghana disengage from STEM, and what it takes to change that.

Founded in June 2023 by Dr. Vida Awinime Bugri, Eduvision is a woman-led, award-winning organization built on one conviction: that geography, gender, and socioeconomic background should never determine a girl's scientific potential.

Our reach has grown significantly across schools, communities, and a dedicated STEM Innovation and Leadership Centre. This is only the beginning.

Our Mission

Eduvision Ghana bridges the STEM gender gap by providing equitable access to STEM education, mentorship, digital skills, and technology for girls and underserved communities.

We do this through a combination of direct program delivery, research and publications, policy advocacy, and the Eduvision STEM and Leadership Centre — our flagship facility in Tamale.
