Leadership

Dr. Vida Awinime Bugri

Founder & Executive Director

Dr. Vida started Eduvision because she believes every girl in Northern Ghana deserves a real chance to discover, learn, and lead in STEM. She is the architect of the RIPA Model, an integrated process framework for STEM gender equity in Africa, which forms the evidence-based methodology anchoring the entire organisation.

Programme Manager

Samuel coordinates the logistics and delivery of our 35+ annual programmes. He ensures every bootcamp runs seamlessly.

Mariam Musah

STEM Centre Coordinator

Mariam manages the day-to-day operations of the Eduvision STEM and Leadership Centre at 1 Axis Street.

Emmanuel Addae

Community Engagement Lead

Emmanuel builds vital relationships with local schools, ensuring our STEM Clubs are effectively embedded in the community.

Nathanael Akowan

Senior Research Associate

Nathanael authors our policy briefs and coordinates data collection across Northern Ghana.

Fuseini Tommy

Data Analyst

Fuseini ensures that all Eduvision programmes are rigorously evaluated and supported by quantitative evidence.
