Executive Director
Dr. Vida Awinime Bugri, is a distinguished scholar, researcher, and advocate whose work continues to advance education, gender equity, and STEM inclusion across Africa and beyond. Her academic path reflects excellence and global exposure. She has a degree in French Language from KNUST, a Master's in International Business from the University of Orléans (France), and a PhD in International Leadership from France, with a strong interdisciplinary focus on Education and STEM. Beyond academia, she is a true change-maker. As the founder of Eduvision Ghana and Eduvision France,she is actively empowering, mentoring, and training girls and young women to thrive in STEM fields, addressing long-standing gender disparities through action, not just dialogue. Her research explores critical issues such as the digital divide among youth, gender leadership gaps in STEM, women in STEM entrepreneurship, and AISTEM. Her work has gained international recognition, including presentations at the European Parliament and platforms across Europe, the USA, and Africa. At her core, she remains a lifelong learner, an avid reader, and someone who finds balance in tennis and nature.
